Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging with tags

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse after approval.
Please note that depending on stock availability, our return warehouse may be located overseas. The full return address and instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

A refund can only be processed after:

The returned item has been received, or

Valid proof of return shipment (tracking number) has been provided
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges (Wrong Size or Fit Issues)
If you ordered the wrong size or the item does not fit:

We will assist you with an exchange or alternative solution
Additional shipping or price differences may apply depending on the request.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been shipped or delivered, you must follow our return process. Refunds will not be issued for shipped orders unless the item is returned in accordance with our return policy.
We do not accept chargebacks or disputes as a method of cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.
